By accessing or using iutu.be, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

iutu.be provides AI-powered tools to help YouTube creators optimize their content. Some features require signing in with Google and granting read access to your YouTube data.

To deliver these features, iutu.be uses the YouTube Data API v3, a service provided by Google. All access to your YouTube data goes exclusively through Google's official APIs. By using iutu.be, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Accounts & Authentication

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We only request the permissions necessary to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer or abuse the service

Payments, Refunds & Fair Use

Pro is a one-time payment of $25 processed by Stripe. If you are not happy with Pro, email contact@iutu.be within 14 days of payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

Pro has no daily optimization cap. Under fair use, the first 300 AI optimizations in each calendar month run at full speed; after that, optimizations keep working at reduced speed until the next month and are never blocked. Accounts that purchased Pro before October 28, 2026 are not subject to this fair-use limit.

Free web tools are limited to 3 generations per tool per day without an account and 20 with a signed-in account.

Cookies

iutu.be uses only essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. By using the service, you consent to these necessary cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Intellectual Property

All content generated by iutu.be tools is provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of your YouTube data. We retain ownership of the service, its design, and underlying technology.

Limitation of Liability

iutu.be is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
