A banned account does not come with a subscription list
YouTube keeps subscriptions on the account. If that account is banned, locked, or you simply cannot sign in anymore, the list goes with it. There is no export waiting in the help center.
This backup reads the channels you subscribe to while the account still works, saves them with the synced email and a second email, and gives you a CSV. If the synced account is gone later, the list is already saved.

Sign in with the YouTube account
Use the Google account that holds the subscriptions. That is the synced account the backup is tied to.

Add a second email
Enter an address that is not the synced Google email. We store it with the list so the backup can still be matched to you if you lose that account.

Save the subscriptions
The tool reads every channel you subscribe to and stores the title, channel id, URL, and subscribe date.

Keep the file. Sign in again later to download the same backup. You need this list if the account disappears.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to my subscriptions if YouTube bans the account?
YouTube does not give the list back. A ban, a lost login, or a locked Google account takes the subscriptions with it. This backup saves the channels while you can still sign in.
Why do you ask for a second email?
The Google email is the account you are synced with. The second email is stored with that backup so the list can still be matched to you if you lose the synced account.
What is in the CSV?
One row per channel: title, channel id, channel URL, and the date you subscribed. Download it as soon as the backup finishes, and again later while you are still signed in.
Do you email the file?
No. The CSV downloads in your browser. We store the list with both email addresses so the backup is still there if the synced account is gone.
Is the backup free?
Yes. Sign in with the YouTube account you want to keep, add a different recovery email, and save the list. Re-running replaces the previous backup for that account.
